    Kootenai Health is seeking a Clinical Care Nurse Expert in the Emergency Department, to provide leadership and education in our state of the art facility.

    As the ED Clinical Care Nurse Expert, you will be responsible for providing nursing education and clinical expertise, as well as the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical practice guidelines and associated policies and procedures. You will help lead a team of nurses and staff to ensure that Kootenai Health continues to utilize the most current evidenced based practices while caring for this fragile population.     Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

    1. Current license as Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho.

    2. BSN required

    3. Currently enrolled and actively pursuing a Master's in Nursing

    4. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in clinical care nursing practices OR a Master's degree in Nursing with five (5) years of experience in clinical care nursing practices required.

    5. Previous experience in designing, developing, conducting and evaluating training programs for adult learners preferred.

    6. BLS Required.
